Jazz in the Night, a Community Event
Jazz in the Night was held on June 29, 2011 at the Robert C. Beutter Riverfront Park in Mishawaka, IN and was a summer event with the purpose of supporting several local Michiana charities. Hi there! Thanks for taking an interest in being part of Jazz in the Night 2011. This article is designed to answer frequently asked questions and provide information regarding the details about this event. Jazz in the Night is an event designed to bring awareness and support to local charities and non-profits. How does it work? The event is a semi-formal dinner for approximately 300 guests. With live jazz music, it provides an opportunity for people from the community to dress up, bring a date, and enjoy a night out. Before dinner is served, there'll be an area where charities and non-profits will be able to have booths set up so that the guests can view, learn more, and give to your organization. It will be very important for you to send us a list of some of the top items you would like people to give to you as soon as possible after you sign up. This way, we can publish this list on this website as we will encourage and direct the guests to look over the lists prior to the event. After dinner, the winners of the silent auction will be announced and we hope this will also bring some more attention to your organization. Benefits For You

There is a $25 entry fee for charities and non-profits and a raffle item (valued at $50 minimum) This will help us cover the cost of renting the park, live music, programs, tables, etc. Time and Location
Jazz in the Night will be held on Wednesday, June 22nd at Beutter Park in Mishawaka. Set up time for booths and tables will be from 4:00pm-5:30pm. Doors will open at 5:30 to the general public.
