We take a fresh approach to our community.

We are an association of photographers based in South Bend, Indiana designed to educate, support, and network local photographers through the use of community-based projects, mentorship programs, hands-on experience, and online resources. While the purpose of the organization is for the benefit of photographers, our community focus is part of what makes us unique.

Featured Music By

Mystic Blues Jazz Quintet has a classic style that connects with audiences across the age spectrum. While many of the talented musicians in this group have enjoyed their fair share of musical experiences around the country the phrase, “there’s no place like home” comes to mind to describe their dedication to the local jazz scene here in South Bend. All of them Michciana natives, they formally became Mystic Blues in 2007 and perform locally in clubs and various venues throughout the year. While Mystic Blues brings together some very diverse professional backgrounds and personalities, there’s no question that they have one very obvious thing in common: a driving passion for jazz!

Originally from Southern Maryland, Carrie Lucas is a 2009 graduate of Bethel College where she studied Theatre Arts. Some of her performances there include roles in Charley's Aunt, Romeo and Juliet, Guys and Dolls, The Miracle Worker, and A Doll's House. Carrie is a member of the South Bend Catholic Worker community whom she has lived and served with for 2 years. In the future, Carrie hopes to use the beauty of the performing arts to advocate issues of global human rights. In doing so, she desires to see the world transformed by the love of Jesus.
